Directions for Use
Start from the inner corner of the upper lid and follow the natural lash line. If you want a shaded effect, blend the line using the applicator that is part of the pencil or the Pupa Eye Brush for Precise Blending. Repeat the same thing along the lower eyelid, the shading works as a base for the eyeshadow: it helps to increase its hold and allows a homogeneous application. The pencil can; also be applied to the inside of the eyelid to create the kajal effect.
