Ingredients
Griffonia semplicifolia dry extract (titrated 93% in 5-hydroxytryptophan) 80 mg; crataegus oxyacantha dry extract 100 mg; escholtzia californica dry extract 100 mg; passiflora incarnata dry extract 150 mg; papaver rhoeas dry extract 50 mg; vitamin B6 6 mg.

Mode; of use
1-3 tablets distributed throughout the day, according to need ;.
If necessary, alternatively, 1-2 tablets can be taken half an hour before bedtime.
