-Do not use the Pylsoximeter in situations where alarms are required. The device is not; equipped with alarms.
-The pulse oximeter shows a temporary measurement value each time, but cannot; be used for continuous monitoring.
-In subjects suffering from circulatory disturbances, prolonged use of the pulse oximeter can be painful. Do not use the pulse oximeter for longer; 2 hours per finger.
-Insert one of your fingers into the rubber hole of the pulse oximeter (make sure the finger is in the correct position, i.e. as far as it will go) with the nail surface facing up, then release the clamp.
- In order not to distort the measurement result, avoid using the pulse oximeter in the vicinity strong light sources (e.g. fluorescent lamps or direct sunlight).
-Reasons for possible interference:
1. Do not use the pulse oximeter in a magnetic resonance or axial tomography environment.
2. When measuring arm pressure with cuff.
3. Presence of arterial catheter or intravascular line, in patients with hypotension, severe vasoconstriction, with severe anemia or hypothermia, in the presence of cardiac arrest or in shock. 4. The presence of nail polish or false nails can cause inaccurate readings.
Setting parameters :
Press the power button (& gt ; 0.5 s), the oximeter will enter in the parameter setting. There are two submenus to choose: when the "*" signal is displayed in "Audio setting", press the button (> 0.5s) and enter the sound setting menu, repeatedly press the button, shifting the signal "*" to the item you want to select and press the button to set the desired value.
