Food supplement of 99% pure psyllium fiber, with sweeteners.
The psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fibra is useful for:
- promote regularity of intestinal transit thanks to the formation of soft and flowing stools;
- promote the balance of the intestinal bacterial flora;
- help slow down the absorption of nutrients and promote the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.
4 sachets of Psyllogel Fibra powder provide 12 g of 99% pure psyllium fibre.

Ingredients
Psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forssk., tegumentum seminis) seed 99% pure, maltodextrin, aroma; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take from 1 to 4 sachets of Psyllogel Fibra NEUTRO per day, at any time of the day or according to the opinion of the doctor/pharmacist. Psyllogel Fibra NEUTRO must be taken in adequate quantities of water: pour the contents of a sachet into a drinking glass (200 ml), fill with still non-carbonated water, mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately.

Warnings
Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medications. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Also suitable during pregnancy. Does not contain sources of lactose.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light, humidity and and from heat sources. The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in intact packaging.
