99% pure psyllium fiber ( plantago ovata forsk., tegumentum seminis), soluble tea extract; acidifier: citric acid; emulsifier: lecithin; maltodextrin; sweetener: aspartame; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; lemon flavor.
It does not contain sources of lactose .

Mode; of use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets of Psyllogel Fibra per day, at any time of the day or according to the advice of the doctor / pharmacist.
Psyllogel Fibra must be taken with adequate quantities; of water: pour the contents of one sachet into a drink glass (200 ml), fill with still non-carbonated water, mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately.
