Ingredients
99% pure psyllium fiber ( Plantago ovata Forsk. , tegumentum seminis); acidifier: citric acid; flavorings; bulking agent: isomalt; emulsifier: lecithin; sweetener: steviol glycosides; dehydrated strawberry juice, elderberry extract; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide. It does not contain sources of lactose .

Mode à of use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets of Psyllogel Fibra per day, at any time of the day or according to the advice of the doctor / pharmacist. Take with adequate quantities of water: pour the contents of one sachet into a drink glass (200 ml), fill with still non-carbonated water, mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately.
