Ingredients
99 pure psyllium cuticle %; flavorings; emulsifier: soy lecithin; acidifier: citric acid; sweetener: aspartame; dye: safflower; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
Sugar-free and with sweetener.

Mode; of use
E ’ recommended to accompany the intake of the product with a sufficient quantity; d ’ water (at least 200 ml), quantity; normally equivalent to the content of a soda glass. Take the drink before it increases in consistency, in which case it may be less enjoyable, but no less healthy. The useful daily ration is; equal to one sachet one to four times a day or according to the advice of the doctor.
