Food supplement useful in diets deficient in polyunsaturated fatty acids & omega; -3 or in cases of increased need for these nutrients. Based on fish oil and vitamin E, it provides an appropriate integration of polyunsaturated fatty acids of the omega 3 series (EPA and DHA) to help rebalance the altered skin structure. The dry extract of valerian officinalis gives the product properties; soothing and calming, helping to attenuate, in a natural way, the anxious component that accompanies some skin manifestations.
It does not contain gluten and lactose.

Ingredients
Fish oil ; Vitamin E; dry extract of valerian officinalis.

Methods à for use
One tablet a day, preferably in the evening.

Warnings
For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to hear the doctor's opinion.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
