Protein Brownie 600g

Just add a little oil and water, and you can quickly and easily make a delicious treat that is gluten and palm oil free, plus it doesn't even contain any added sugar.

Ingredients
powdered chocolate without added sugar [cocoa mass, cocoa butter, low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: (soya) lecithin, flavouring], whole milk powder, rice flour, hydrolysed collagen 6.8%, low-fat cocoa powder, whole egg powder, whey protein concentrate 3.4%, whey protein isolate 1%, flavourings, sweetener (Sucralose). Produced in a facility that processes foods that also contain milk, egg, soy, shellfish, sulfur dioxide and tree nuts.

How to use
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix 1 portion (120 g = 6 full spoons) of the preparation with 80 ml (= 8 spoons) of water and 30 g = (3 spoons) of sunflower seed oil until the mixture is smooth and without lumps. Cook the mixture for 15 minutes, let it rest for a further 10 minutes before cutting it. It can also be prepared with coconut oil and butter.
