Ingredients
Oat flour, egg white, wheat flour, whey protein, leavening agent: potassium bitartrate, sodium bicarbonate, salt, sweetener: sucralose.

How to use
Mix 50 g of product with 50 ml of water and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps. Cooking: a) In a pan: preheat a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil, pour in about 1/3 of the mixture and cook, turning until golden brown on both sides. b) In the microwave: pour the mixture into a microwave-safe mold and cook for 1.5 minutes at maximum power (800 kw).
