How to use
1-4 bars per day, in ratio to calorie needs and physical activity. Take 1 bar 30-60 minutes before exercise and/or 1 bar every 40-60 minutes during exercise.
Ingredients
(EU and non-EU): cereals (30%): rice-wheat-barley, fructose syrup, corn maltodextrin, milk proteins, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats (coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, corn, lecithin ;soy), Ph Eu gelatine, yoghurt (in the yoghurt flavour), honey (in the honey flavour), sucrose, thickener: Gum arabic (Acacia Senegal L.) E414, egg white, creatine monohydrate, flavouring, magnesium carbonate, L -carnitine tartrate, L-ornithine, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, kola seed extracts (Cola acuminata, nitida Schott) and guarana (Paullinia cupana Kunt), vitamins ACE-niacin-B6-B1-B2-ac. pantothenic-folic-biotin, iron sulphate, zinc sulphate. Does not contain preservatives, artificial colors and sweeteners, polyols, lactose (<1%). May contain traces of mustard.
