We have not added any extra amino acids in this formula, in order to guarantee the biological value of whey proteins. Whey proteins are in fact a protein source with high biological value (biological value 104) and have a high content of branched-chain amino acids. The digestion times of these proteins are rapid, so the release of the amino acids contained is fast. PRIME WHEY HYDRO PLUS provides all the protein fractions of whey in ideal proportions. How to use
Take a 30 g portion (2.5 scoops) per day mixed with 150-200 ml of water or other liquid of your choice. The volume of liquid added affects the intensity of the flavor and the density of the preparation. Take the product as a snack between main meals, or after sporting activity. Preparation in the glass: Place a portion of the product in the glass, add water and mix with a spoon for a few seconds. Preparation with the shaker: Place a portion of the product in the shaker, add water, cover with the cap and shake for a few seconds.
