How to use
take a 30 g portion (2.5 scoops) per day mixed with 150-200 ml of water or other liquid of your choice. The volume of liquid added affects the intensity of the flavor and the density of the preparation. Take the product as a snack between main meals, or after sporting activity. Preparation in the glass: Place a portion of the product in the glass, add water and mix with a spoon for a few seconds. Preparation with the shaker: Place a portion of the product in the shaker, add water, cover with the cap and shake for a few seconds.
