PRIME CASEIN is a protein food supplement with sweetener, based on micellar caseins (from milk proteins) particularly suitable for athletes, with instant solubility. Caseins are a protein source with high biological value, they have slow digestion times and gradually release the amino acids they contain. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. The vitamin B6 contained in the product contributes to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use
take one portion of 30 g (3 scoops) per day mixed with 200-300 ml of water or other liquid of your choice. The volume of liquid added affects the intensity of flavor and density of the preparation, it does not affect digestibility or assimilability. Take the product during the day as a snack, between main meals, or after training or sporting activity or before going to bed. Preparation in the glass: The product is instant, which means that a shaker is not needed to prepare it. Place a portion of the product in the glass, add water and mix with a spoon for a few seconds. Shaker prep: Bringing a shaker with you to the gym is the best way to get an effective dose of protein right after your workout. Place a portion of the product in the shaker, add water, cover with the cap and shake for a few seconds.
