Caseins (from calcium caseinate and micellar caseins from milk proteins), Emulsifier: soy lecithin.
Way of 'use
mix 3 scoops = 30 g of NATURAL CASEIN with 250 ml of water or other liquid of your choice. The volume of the liquid added can be varied to obtain the desired density. Take one portion a day between main meals or in the evening before going to bed. The powder (one 30 g portion per day) can be added to ready-made foods, such as vegetable purées, or it can be used in the preparation phase even before any cooking, for example for cakes, ice cream, savory pies , homemade bread, homemade pasta and more.
