How to use
take one portion of 30 g (3 scoops) per day mixed with 130-150 ml of water. The volume of liquid added affects the intensity of flavor and density of the preparation, it does not affect digestibility or assimilability. Take the product as a snack during the day, between main meals, or after training or sporting activity. Preparation in the glass: The product is instant, which means that a shaker is not needed to prepare it. Place a portion of the product in the glass, add water and mix with a spoon for a few seconds. Shaker prep: Bringing a shaker with you to the gym is the best way to get an effective dose of protein right after your workout. Place a portion of the product in the shaker, add water, cover with the cap and shake for a few seconds.
