| Carbohydrate food supplement based on DE6 maltodextrins. Maltodextrins are complex polymeric carbohydrates made up of chains of single glucose molecules. The absorption of maltodextrins in the body depends on the length of the polymers and the DE (dextrose equivalence). The higher the DE, the shorter the chain length, corresponding to rapid absorption, such as pure glucose. CARB UP contains exclusively DE6 maltodextrins, therefore characterized by slower absorption, without flavourings. Ingredients DE6 maltodextrins. < b>How to use To prepare a concentrated drink, add a portion (3 scoops = 60 g) of CARB UP in 120 ml of water. To prepare a more diluted drink, mix one serving with 200-300 ml or more of water. Excellent as a source of carbohydrates, even for athletes, to be used both before and during physical activity.
