BCAA 8:1:1 POWDER is a food supplement with sweeteners, branched chain amino acids obtained through fermentation, with vitamins B1 and B6. BCAAs are essential amino acids, the body is in fact unable to synthesize them and they must therefore be ingested through the diet. BCAA 8:1:1 POWDER is made as an instantly soluble powder in the innovative 8:1:1 ratio (8 parts of L-Leucine, 1 of L-Valine and 1 of L-Isoleucine). Branched-chain amino acids are a fundamental muscle support for athletes. If taken before training they have mainly energetic and anti-catabolic functions, they act as an energy substrate in order to preserve muscle mass from being broken down for energy purposes. If taken after training they promote the building and restoration of lean mass. Finally, the formula includes vitamin B1 which supports normal energy metabolism and vitamin B6 which contributes to reducing tiredness, fatigue and supporting normal protein and glycogen metabolism. It does not contain ingredients of animal origin and is also suitable for vegans.

How to use
dissolve one and a half scoops (6 g) (daily dose) in 200 -300 ml of water and take the product before training or competitions or immediately after. It can also be taken during sports performance. On days when you do not practice sports, the product can be taken at any time of the day.
