Essential amino acids are those that cannot be synthesized by the body and contribute to meeting protein/nitrogen needs.
Supplementation with essential amino acids is useful in case of reduced dietary intake or increased requirement. The essential amino acids also include the branched amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) which are present in the 2:1:1 ratio and indicated for integrating the diet of athletes. The formula includes vitamin B6 which contributes to reducing tiredness, fatigue and supporting normal protein and glycogen metabolism.

Mode instructions for use
It is recommended to take 14 grams of product (2 scoops) per day, to be dissolved in approximately 150ml of water.
