Ingredients
Streptococcus thermophilus; short bifidobacterium; bifidobacterium longum; bifidobacterium infantis; lactobacillus acidophilus; lactobacillus plantarum; lactobacillus casei; lactobacillus bulgaricus; magnesium stearate.

Mode à of use
Start with 2 capsules 2 times a day for 10 days; continue with 2 capsules in the morning for at least 1 month or one sachet a day.
