Fructose, short-chain Fructo-oligosaccharides Actilight ® ;, Anti-caking agent: Silicon dioxide; Bifidobacterium infantis M-63 LMG 23728 (starch from tapioca), Bifidobacterium lactis BL-04 ATCC SD5219 , flavorings, Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-14 ATCC SD5212 .

Mode; of use
We recommend taking 1 sachet (2 g) per day to be taken as it is, in yogurt or to be dissolved in a little not hot water, preferably between meals.
