Ingredients
Tanacetum parthenium; vitex agnus castus (chaste tree); magnesium; vitamin E.

Mode; of use
Take one tablet, one or more; times a day as needed.
For prophylaxis: 1 tablet per day for not less than 4-6 weeks.
Yes you can; choose whether to swallow the tablet whole, or dissolved under the tongue for more absorption; quick or loose in ½ glass of water (dissolves quickly - ORANGE flavor).

Warnings
The product can ó occasionally causing mouth ulcerations or gastric disturbances.
Interactions with other active substances are possible; anti-inflammatory and anti-platelet aggregation, with possible summation of the effects.
The assumption of the feverfew é contraindicated:
- in subjects allergic to other plants belonging to the asteraceae family such as chamomile or yarrow;
- in subjects suffering from severe bleeding disorders;
- in pregnancy and lactation.
The use of natural substances without the addition of dyes or whiteners can; cause variations in color and flavor, typical of all natural products, which are not however; index of impaired quality; and efficacy of the product.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
