Ingredients
Magnesium hydroxide; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Meriva turmeric phospholipid (Curcuma longa L. rhizome eg, soy lecithin) tit. 18-22% curcuminoids, magnesium oxide, maritime pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) bark eg tit. 95% proanthocyanidins, shepherd's purse [Capsella bursa pastoris (L.) Medik.] Herb eg; anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid; dyes: E171, E163.

We recommend taking 1 or 2 tablets a day.
