Content per daily dose (2 capsules): Poterium powder ( Poterium spinosum L. Cortex ex main root) 360 mg, Banaba dry extract ( Lagerstroemia speciosa L. Pers. Folium) 180 mg, Momordica dry extract ( Momordica charantia L. Fructus) 140 mg, Gynostemma powder ( Gynostemma pentafillum Thunb. Makino Herba) 140 mg, White mulberry dry extract ( Morus alba L. Folium) 120 mg, Inulin 60 mg, Chromium picolinate 50 mcg of which chromium (15.5 % VNR *) 6,2 mcg, Vegetable gelatin.

It is recommended to take 1 capsule after lunch and 1 after dinner.
