Posidonia is a superior plant that lives in a marine environment. It combines the wealth of elements typical of algae with a wealth of secondary metabolites typical of terrestrial plants. Its precious extract is; a concentrate of natural bioactive substances: iodine, phenolic compounds, flavonoids, phytosteroids, essential fatty acids and a sesquiterpene alcohol characteristic of the plant called posidozinol.
