Mineral salt supplement based on Potassium and Magnesium. Indicated in states of Potassium and Magnesium deficiency which they can be caused by excessive sweating (even in cases of particular climatic conditions), intense physical activity, insufficient dietary intake or diets very rich in fiber which lead to a lower absorption of mineral salts.
It is also indicated in cases of increased requirement.

Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism.
It also helps to restore the electrolyte balance and therefore combat the effects of drops in pressure typical of summer heat.
Potassium, taken in a dose of 300 mg per day, is involved in the performance of many functions of the organism, for example, it contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure and, together with Magnesium, contributes to the normal functioning of muscles and nervous system.

Mode instructions for use
We recommend taking one sachet after the two main meals up to a maximum of 3 sachets per day. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water. It is recommended to continue administering the product for at least two weeks.

Warnings
Keep the product out of reach of children under 3 years. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In case of overdose, prolonged use or in subjects with renal failure it is advisable to contact the doctor.

Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25° C, in the original packaging. Do not use if the sachet is defective. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored.
