Mode; of use
Cut out the insoles to the size of your shoe following the indicator line. Before use, make sure that the product can be correctly inserted into the shoe: if necessary, remove the existing insole and replace it with the Podovis insole. To keep the beneficial effect of the insole intact, replace the product every 6 months.
