Mode; of use
Remove the transparent protective film, checking the symbol that indicates use in the left (L) or right (R) shoe. Insert the pads into the front of the shoe, making them adhere well. To maintain the beneficial effect of the pads, replace the product every 6 months.
Instructions for cleaning the product: The pads are hand washable in warm water using a mild soap or detergent.
