Ingredients
Psyllium ( Plantago ovata Forsk. , seed coat) powder, maltodextrin, L-tryptophan, flavor; acidifier: citric acid; Lactobacillus acidophilus HA-122 tindalized (contains soy and milk), nicotinamide (niacin); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; dye: E160a (i).

Mode; of use
We recommend taking 1-2 sachets a day, preferably between meals. Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass of water (150 ml), at room temperature, mix carefully and take immediately after preparation.
