Indications
Ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.), a perennial plant native to Asia, is used in modern phytotherapy as a support to the digestive function to regulate gastro-intestinal motility and the elimination of gas, that is in case of belching and flatulence. The use of ginger is also indicated in case of nausea such as motion sickness (travel by car, ship, etc). Ginger also promotes joint function and counteracts localized states of tension. In women it can be used to counteract menstrual cycle disorders.

Dosage and method; for use
Swallow 1 or 2 vegetable capsules a day, with water, preferably with meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Contraindications
Not recommended in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Ginger: standardized root extract (5% gingerols, shogaoli and zingerone); whole root pulverized; bulking agent: hydroxy propyl cellulose; microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; phytO2X powder base & reg; 10 mg (beta-carotene and vitamin C [L-ascorbic acid]).
