Indications
Food supplement indicated for premenstrual syndrome, for pelvic pain of utero-ovarian nature.
Useful ally in pre and menopause.
< br> Dosage and method; of use
If menstrual cycle is present: 1 capsule 3 times a day, from 12 & deg; day to 24 & deg; of the cycle.
If amenorrhea: 1 capsule 3 times a day for 22 days a month with an interval of 8 days.

Characteristics
Extract from the medicinal plant Yam or Dioscorrhea Mexican.
It is not; toxic, è well tolerated and has no side effects.

Warnings
Do not use during pregnancy and lactation.
