Yarrow (Achillea millefolium L.) herb with flowers plv., dioscorea (Dioscorea villosa L.) rhizome eg tit. 10% diosgenin, goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea L.) herb with flowers eg, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flower heads eg tit. 0.3% apigenin, calendula (Calendula officinalis L.) flower heads eg; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; evening primrose (Oenothera biennis L.) oil.

Mode; of use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day to be swallowed with a little water, preferably 5 days before the menstrual cycle and during the first 3-4 days of the cycle.
