Peppermint Essential Oil
The peppermint essential oil when inhaled has a refreshing and regenerating effect.
It is used to promote concentration and has a tonic action; useful in case of nausea and slow digestion. Oil content: peppermint.

Mode of use
Use :
-Massage oil: use two drops of Mint in a tablespoon of almonds and massage locally for persistent cramps, on the stomach to relieve indigestion and on the temples in case of headaches.
Instructions :
-Interior: dilute 1 drop every 100g / ml of food or drink.
-Diffusion: pour 2 or 3 drops per 100 ml of water.
Components
Mentha piperita oil, limonene, linalool.
Warnings
Keep away from the reach of children under 3 years of age.
Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women. Never use pure on the skin.
Do not take internally, if not properly diluted. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Essential oils do not in any case replace a balanced diet and a healthy and controlled lifestyle.
