How to use:
turn on the instrument and make sure that the code displayed is the same as the one printed on the strip package label. The 'Insert strip' symbol starts flashing on the display: insert the strip into the instrument. The 'Drop' symbol will then appear on the display. Using the lancing device, obtain a drop of blood from your fingertip and apply it to the test area of the strip. It is also possible to remove the strip to apply the drop of blood and then reinsert it into the instrument. After a few seconds the result will be displayed. Remove the strip and turn off the instrument: the measurement has been automatically stored together with the date and time. It is also possible, via an optional kit, to connect the instrument to a computer so that the stored data can be transmitted and processed by special software.
