Preparation based on oat flour, whey proteins and egg whites, rich in proteins for the preparation of protein pancakes.
Ingredients
Oat flour, egg white, wheat flour, whey protein, bitter cocoa, flavourings, leavening agent: potassium bitartrate, sodium bicarbonate, salt, sweetener: sucralose.

Mode instructions for use
Mix 50g of product with 50ml of water and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
Cooking:
a) In a pan: preheat a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil, pour about 1/3 of the dough and cook, turning until golden brown on both sides.
b) In the microwave: pour the mixture into a microwave-safe mold and cook for 1.5 minutes at maximum power (800 kw).
