Average quantities per daily dose of 4 capsules: Horsetail grass ES 1.6 g equal to 16 mg of silica.

Ingredients
Horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.) herb ES titrated at 1% in Silica. Hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose (vegetable capsule). ES: Dry extract supported by maltodextrin.
