1-4 capsules per day.
Average quantities per daily dose of 4 capsules: Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia Baill.) seeds ES 1.6 g equal to 160 mg of 5-hydroxytryptophan.

Ingredients
Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia Baill.) seeds ES titrated at 10% in 5-hydroxytryptophan, Hydroxy- propyl-methylcellulose (vegetable capsule). ES: Dry extract supported by maltodextrin.
