4 capsules per day. per daily dose.
Average quantities per daily dose of 4 capsules: Bilberry fruit ES 1.6 g equal to 16 mg of anthocyanins.

Ingredients
Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus L.) berries ES titrated at 1% in Cyanidin-3-glucoside chloride, Hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose (capsule vegetable). ES: Dry extract supported by maltodextrin.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children of age; less than 3 years.
