Calcium carbonate, coral calcium, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; horsetail (equisetum arvense L.) dry extract herb titrated at 7% in silica, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; olive tree (olea europaea L.) fruit dry extract titrated at 10% in hydroxytyrosol and derivatives, optimized curcumin extract from turmeric (curcuma longa L., stearic acid, soybean lecithin , ascorbyl palmitate, silicon) rhizome dry extract titrated at 23% in curcuminoids, vitamin K2 (glycerol monostearate, ascorbyl palmitate, menaquinone-7, rosemary extract), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

We recommend taking one tablet twice a day to be swallowed with a generous sip of water.
