Bone constitutes the fundamental part of our joints. To have smooth movements and flexible joints there must be a shock absorber and the right lubrication between the bones. This cushion is made up of cartilage, a shock-absorbing tissue, and synovial fluid, a natural fluid called synovium. Healthy cartilage and efficient synovial fluid make it possible for joints to move easily.

Glucosamine sulfate (2KCl), chondroitin sulfate; bulking agent: Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; vitamin C (ascorbic acid); stabilizer: croscarmellose sodium; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate*; manganese gluconate; binding agent: polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP); coating agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC); turmeric root powder (Curcuma longa L.).

How to use
Adults and children above 12 years of age, one tablet a day with a glass of water. Do not break the tablet.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended doses. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of reach of children under the age of three. Diabetics should consult a doctor before taking the supplement.
In case of alteration of liver function, biliary function or gallstones, the use of the product is not recommended. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not use for prolonged periods without consulting your doctor. If you are taking medications, it is advisable to consult your doctor.

Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place.
