Ingredients
Powder of ispagula seed coats (Plantago ovata F., 8 .3 g/2 sachets), inulin and oligofructose powder (8.3 g/2 sachets), fig fruit powder (Ficus carica L, 1.6 g/2 sachets); acidifier: citric acid; anti-caking agents: sodium bicarbonate; natural flavour, dry extract of elderberries (Sambucus nigra L., 66 mg/2 sachets).

How to use
Pour the powder into a large glass of water, mix well and drink quickly.
Adults: 1-2 sachets per day as needed.
Children from 6 to 12 years: 1 sachet per day.
Children from 3 to 6 years: it is recommended to consult a doctor.
