Organic Cinnamon

The essential oil of cinnamon is; useful for relieving winter ailments, improving breathing and reducing fatigue.
If massaged on the abdomen with a few drops of almond oil, it helps the digestive process; if inhaled, it promotes creativity; and inspiration.
Like all essential oils, it has a disinfectant action: it is; a natural remedy for flu, cough and cold.
Product with a spicy, sweet, sugary aroma.

Mode; of use
Use :
-Massage oil: 2-3 times a day, put 20 drops in 200 ml of sweet almond oil and massage the belly in case of slow digestion or in the presence of intestinal gas and diarrhea.
-Internal use: add a drop of cinnamon essential oil in hot water or tea; and drink slowly.
The drink will calm down; throat irritations.
Instructions :
-Cosmetic: add a drop to a walnut of Gisa Wellness neutral cream.
-Internal: dilute 1 drop per 100g / ml of food or drink.
-Diffusion: pour 2 or 3 drops per 100 ml of water.

Components
Cinnamomum zeylanicum bark oil, cinnamaldehyde, eugenol, linalool, limonene, cinnamyl alcohol, benzyl benzoate.

Storage
Store the product at room temperature.
Shelf life; in intact packaging: 36 months.

Keep out of reach of children under 7 years of age.
Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women.
Never use pure on the skin.
Do not take internally, if not properly diluted.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

Essential oils do not in any case replace a balanced diet and a healthy and controlled lifestyle.
