Optive Fusion UD 

A unique formula for immediate relief and superior comfort from dry eye symptoms.< br />Compatible with the use of all contact lenses.

Single-dose, sterile and preservative-free solution containing 0.5% sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 0.1% sodium hyaluronate, 1.0% glycerin, 0.5% erythrol, 0.25% levocarnitine, sodium lactate, potassium chloride, calcium chloride dihydrate, magnesium chloride hexahydrate and purified water.

Instructions for use< br /> Place 1 or 2 drops in the eye(s), as needed.

Precautions
• Do not use the product in case of allergy to one of the components
• Do not swallow the solution
• To avoid contamination or possible eye injury, do not rest the tip of the vial on any surface and avoid direct contact with eyes
• Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the product
• Keep out of the reach of children
• Store at room temperature
• Wait 5 minutes before administering another product for ophthalmic use
• Do not use if the single-dose vial or product packaging is damaged before use
• Use the vial only once and then throw it away
• Do not use if the solution changes color
• Keep away from sunlight

Warnings
This product does not contain preservatives and must be used immediately after opening, to avoid contamination which could cause eye infections .

Stop using the product and consult your doctor if you experience eye pain, vision changes, persistent eye redness or irritation, or if your condition worsens.
