| Food supplement based on Psyllium fibre, extracted from the seed coat of Plantago ovata and the enzymes alpha -galactosidase and beta -galactosidase. - Plantago ovata has a prebiotic effect and an emollient and soothing action (digestive system). It contributes to the regularity of intestinal transit and the formation of feces of normal consistency and volume. - Beta-galactosidase (lactase) improves the digestion of lactose in subjects who poorly digest it. Ingredients Fiber of Psyllium (Plantago ovata Forssk., seed coat); acidifier: citric acid; flavourings, beta-galactosidase; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; dye: E120; alpha-galactosidase. Mode instructions for use Pour the contents of one sachet of Onligol Fiber into a large glass, add water (200 ml), mix well and drink immediately. The possible increase in consistency of the preparation (gel formation) is a characteristic of Onligol Fibre. Adults and children over 12 years: one sachet, two-three times a day, immediately before meals. For correct use of the product in children under 12 years of age, consult your doctor. Since psyllium fiber could delay the intestinal absorption of drugs, leave a period of at least 2 hours between taking Onligol Fiber and that of medicines. Warnings Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. Do not take Onligol Fiber together with antidiarrheal medicines. The product is contraindicated in case of abnormal narrowing of the gastrointestinal tract and therefore must not be used if there is a risk of intestinal obstruction or this is already present. The supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. It may contain traces of mustard and sesame due to contamination in the Psyllium cultivation areas, this presence does not alter either the taste or the quality of the product.
