Modality à of use
Mix 5 g (1 scoop) 3 times a day in 200 ml of water, fruit juice or other beverage of your choice. Drink immediately. The beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each, with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of a low-calorie diet.

Warnings
Natural fibers and nutrients for specific intestinal bacteria such as Akkermansia muciniphila and Faecalibacterium prausnitzii . The product does not contain gluten or yeast.
