Omega 3 ACT 1g é; a food supplement that contains 1 gram of fish oil per pearl and 5 mg of Vitamin E.
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA. Omega 3s are essential fatty acids that are not produced by the body; for this reason they must be taken through diet or, in cases of reduced intake or increased need, with food supplementation.

Mode; of use
We recommend the intake of 1-2 pearls per day to be swallowed with water, during meals.
