Omega 3, in particular EPA and DHA, are fatty acids found mainly in vegetable oils. fish from the Northern Seas and have beneficial effects on our body.

Recommendations for use
It is recommended to take 2 pearls a day, 1 at midday and 1 in the evening during meals, with a glass of water.
