Made using olives from the Biancolilla cultivar
A straw yellow oil, with golden reflections and aromas that vary from artichoke , tomato and fresh grass. The Alce Nero organic Monocultivar Biancolilla extra virgin olive oil pairs perfectly with raw and cooked vegetables, soups and grilled fish.
The Alce Nero organic Monocultivar Biancolilla extra virgin olive oil is produced by the AIP OLIVO SCApA Cooperative of Palermo .
The olives are harvested between October and January, manually and with the help of mechanical aids to minimize the damage that the fruit may suffer.
After harvesting, the olives are taken to the mill and the production process begins, intended as the transformation of the olives into oil, using the cold extraction technique.
