Spruce essential oil, Picea obovata, 100% pure, natural and total, coming from wild plants. Extracted by steam distillation from needles and buds.

How to use
For food: one drop is sufficient to flavor 100 g/100 ml of food/drink.
For environments: 10 drops in an aroma lamp and vaporizers, to aromatize a room.
For cosmetics: 15-20 drops in 50 ml of vegetable oil, cream , neutral shampoo and shower gel.
