The Mix for Wholemeal Bread Nutrifree is; a balanced blend of selected ingredients with low sugar content, enriched with buckwheat flour and rice bran. Ideal for the preparation of bread, focaccia and other wholemeal bread products with a rustic taste. Lfree certified without milk and lactose.

Ingredients
Corn starch, rice flour, 10% whole buckwheat flour, tapioca starch, sugar, rice bran 2.8%, psyllium fibers, salt; thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; yeast extract. Can; contain traces of mustard and soy.
